Mandy Taylor is a a printmaker, specialising in Japanese woodcut and linocut techniques. She also works in collage and mixed media and has created interactive maps; one commissioned by the University of Brighton and one designed to help find elusive parked cars. 

 She likes the unconventional and enjoys expressing stories of life in a city.  She is inspired by atmosphere, people and industrial subjects. She finds beauty in unexpected places. 

Mandy is part of Mews Art Studio, near Brighton beach. She likes sharing space with and learning from artists of different disciplines.

She regularly exhibits in The Artists' Open Houses as part of Brighton Festival and also Lewes Artwave. She has had her work displayed in The Pallant Gallery in Chichester, the Marathon Exhibition in Brighton Pavilion and the London Underground with Art Below.
